EXCLUSIONS

PARKING must be provided onsite at the getting ready location, and paid for if applicable

EARLY MORNING fee if start time is prior to 7am

SUNDAY/PUBLIC HOLIDAY fee

ACCOMMODATION fee; for travel 2 hours or over each way (4 hours return)
